How to download Unity 2019.3
With Unity Hub
If you have already installed and configured Unity Hub correctly, just press the green button ‘Install Unity 2019.3 with Unity Hub’, your browser that will ask for permission to open Unity Hub and only accept.
Unity Hub will automatically open and you will only have to select the components you need.
You can manually go to ‘Installs‘, press ‘Add‘ and then select the version of Unity you want to install, in this case 2019.3 as well as the support for the platforms you want to use.
